Re: Bathtime!
Hi Tobias, I like the composition and the cute bird very much The rocks are a bit too bright but I think you can fix it with PP.

Re: Bathtime!
Very nice. It is not often that bird bath shots turn out as well as that! I like the lighting. But what if you cropped a little off the right to help center the bird?

Re: Bathtime!
Colour and contrast almost perfect, movement and capture of the water adds 100% to the image
Just tone down the highlights a little

Re: Bathtime!
Thanks all.
@Jerremy and Binnur, now that you point it out I think yeah the highlights are a bit too high, will fix it, thanks for pointing that out. This is why I love this forum so much
@Nick, I actually cropped it like this on purpose because I love all the little water droplets flying off to the left.

Re: Bathtime!
I love the blurness of the tail and the water spreading itself all over the place...and yes, please put more of the concentration on the bird instead of the distracting stones lighting...selective blurring will be more effective here...

Re: Bathtime!
Ok so here is a re-edited version. Blurred the foreground a bit and dropped the highlights slightly.

Re: Bathtime!
Love the second version. Only one further suggestion and that is to kill the highlights in the BG. They distract a bit as well.
