Lost - C&C Welcome

Hi, going forward on my photography venture I stopped and clicked another shot. Can you please review it and let me know what exactly is missing for it to make it much better?

It is the 2nd image of my umbrella series.

I'm confused between the colored (majorly primary colors) and B&W (A Bit Surreal).

Which one should i opt for ? colored or b&w or publish them both in the gap of few months?

Please provide your views and suggestion with composition and processing.

I really like the colored version. If it was my image, I would try to brighten the person/umbrella just a tiny bit.

Very nice both images, the B & W looks too cheerful, the color has that edge to it; even though the umbrella is warm the dark foreground looks menacing.

I certainly prefer the color version Raj, very nice image

I am the odd one out Raj. At first glance and then after reading posts below, I still feel I prefer the B/W. The coloured version I would have preferred if not for the overtly bluish tone that encompasses the composition.
