Little New Hampshire waterfall
This is a blend of two exposures, 1 and 3.2 seconds using Lightroom Enfuse, which is an exposure fusion plugin. I use exposure fusion instead of HDR to expand dynamic range without distorted colors. Since the program strips exif, I'll put it here: 17mm (on a FF), ISO 100.
C&C welcome, as always.

Very nice, Dan. I'd love to see the 2 exposures that you blended. I'm not familiar with that program but am quite interested.
I like the silken water, though some dont prefer it. I have found it really impresses the uneducated, unwashed masses (nonphotographers), and they seem disappointed if it's not there.

Sorry Kevin -- I am one of those unwashed, uneducated who really do not prefer the silken flow of water. I like it in its natural state or just a little bit of smoothness ... nevertheless...
I like the sharpness of how you brought two images together, the merging seems to work very well here and the composition works well...

I like the work done on the stream, could use a bit more light on the distance trees.

Nice job, Dan. For me, the issue is not whether the treatment of the water meets one's preference about that; the issue is whether the image works as intended by the photographer and this image seems to meet that criterion very well.

Re: Little New Hampshire waterfall
Thanks, all. I agree that the silken, blurred water is a bit of a cliche now. However, when I try various shutter speeds, I most often come back to this effect. In this case, I think it is needed, to create the zig-zag white line that centers the image.
Kevin, I will be away from that computer for a while, but I will try to remember to get you the original images. I am not sure that I actually needed to blend, but I will recheck.
