Re: help with composition
That's pretty densely populated compared to many places I have driven through in Australia. Looks like good sheep country. I quite like #2 and #4 especially. They all give me a feeling about the place.

Re: help with composition
I like the way you think...with these shots. My favourite is #1 and #3. #4 is fascinating too for its breadth and width and #3 for your thought of how long to photograph every fence...
Tony -- we once drove from Melbourne to Wagga-Wagga (NSW) and those long stretches of flat roads were just so abandoned we thought we were in the desert many times and wonder when we were going to see another human being! That was back in '82 or '85...must be different now..

Re: help with composition
I like the first and third image for the perspective/angles/leading lines, would have been nice if the township was on the other side of the fence.

Re: help with composition
I like #1, #3 and #4 I would crop about half of the green from left in #3 , this would make the fence less centered and put the emphasis more on the buildings.

On #2 -- if the Bluff in the back ground was the focus would that work

Re: help with composition
Love the angle on #1. Also like #3; however, I would remove the sign on the left. Nice imagery.

I cropped and did a little adjusting - but that first fence post just isn't right is it?

Oh I forgot i had this one -- with the first fence post the focus --- so my question is --- Should i stick to making beer for a hobby (cause even crappy beer is still beer) or do i have potential ( but then again a crappy picture is still a picture)

Re: help with composition
Matthew..this is my favourite. I like the first one better of this second submission. Nothing wrong with making beer...just tedious when you can easily buy as many at the bottle shop...unless you live at the back of the beyond then an old clean bathtub can be your friend...
