    Dan this one is nice too. I think that you might be able to bring the black point up just a tad more which would give you a bit more contrast int he foreground. I would also like to see more of the misty sky if you have it as I think it would add to the mood of the scene.

    Dan...where is this location? It has such beautiful colours. I was thinking the same thoughts as Shane about the mist...

    Thanks. Shane, in this particular shot, that is all the sky I had. I have to go back through some others. Izzy, this is a few miles from Franconia Notch, in northern New Hampshire.

    I like the composition/view of the other one better. I just returned from an autumn photo trip and there were many scenes like this that had a lot of beautiful color that I wanted to capture but no clear subject that I could define. This seems like that. It's a beautiful bunch of colors in those trees but other than the color I don't think there is anything of particular interest. I hope that makes sense. And others may disagree. As I've said many times, I'm not that comfortable with landscape composition so I could be way off base!
