    multiple orchids

Playing with Zerene...it's not technically perfect, but I think that it's pretty.

Pretty? YES… the flowers, though a more complementary coloured background
    would make it prettier!

Hard to tell at this size, but it looks like the stacking went well. I don't see any obvious artifacts.

Kodiak, your suggestion is appreciated...I shot it against an old image on my monitor.
What would have been a more appropriate color for the background?

    Hi Chauncey,

Just to say that I absolutely love this background. Very pretty and I think it would go beautifully with your pink orchids.

Hi Chauncey, I do not want to direct you but to inspire you!
    Complementary features:
Luminosity — try some tonal range that may be higher or lower than the subject
Colour — see this: Complementary colors

There are many other complementary features such as texture etc but the
two preceding are the most relevant here. Have a good read and inspiration!

Lovely image, consider maybe clone some of the green tones you have in the corners, into the top left corner to match and balance. I like the background too.

I agree. We sometimes strive so hard for technically perfect that we loose sight of the artistry of an image. You've certainly captured the artistry in this fine example and there is nothing shabby about the technique either! Nicely done!

I so sorry Rudi, I neglected to respond to your question...as I can't seem to find the PSD file
and because I photo-mege for large images, this probable represents a couple hundred
    images in total.

Thanks all for the kudos, appreciate your taking the time to look.
