As always your fly images are absolutely stunning. Gorgeous detail and colour.

I think the 1st is my favourite because it seems like the fly is looking at me, but I could choose any of these as my favourite... ie; it is that hard to choose

I like #1 best, David...I've stared at it more than the others because of the profile shot was just perfect. All of them are so sharp I can almost feel those hairs on my finger if I touch them. But then...I'd probably wash my hands a dozen times if I get to hold a fly... they may have landed on someone with ebola........

I never tire of seeing these David, difficult to choose a favourite here but I'll go for No 1, it'll make a cute pet

Just as things started warming up here with a few bugs appearing it's gone to 24hr rain, so I continue to wait to get the macro out.

Thanks Grahame, it amazes me the different types of fly there is, and i'm not even scratching the surface
