I totally agree with that statement!

For a first contact with you, Sharon, you are making a big impression on me!
I love that take: composition, conversion and tint. I would only recommend
to lighten up a .25 to .33 the darker foreground area to unblock them.
    Great atmosphere!

I rarely comment on others images, mainly, through honesty I find them boaring.

    This is exceedingly good

This is so riveting, Sharon. It has the romanticism of a 19th century print and I'm referring to much more than the tint.

This is an excellent composition, Sharon, and combined with the way you have structured the lighting it produces an almost 3-D affect. I love the tint, too.

I paid for a subscription to the Sharon/Daisy Mae fan club and had been feeling somewhat shorted of late as you hadn't been posting. Your latest justifies my membership! This is one I personally would hang on my own wall.

Eerie. I was just thinking about you today and how I missed seeing your images on CIC. This one is a lot different than your usual work but WOW ! What an image. Welcome back, hope to see more.

    Re: Harvest

Good composition and processing but at first glance I thought it a little heavy until I read Mikes comment. In that context it is really very successful and I suspect that it is one of those rare images that needs to be seen on a wall to be really appreciated. Nice work Sharon and don't stay away so long next time.

Wow Sharon this is a great shot. Still has your artistic touch with the tint. Welcome back...you have been sorely missed around here.

Hello Sharon: I too, enjoy seeing your take on life's ordinary images. You manage to present scenes in such an intriguing way. I tend to really like pastoral views, particularly of hay fields, but this image is quite special as it manages to be lovely and haunting at the same time. The sky is great.
