A few more shots of the bull elk in Yellowstone NP last weekend.

It appears you had some great opportunities there with the elk. Were they tough to catch? All are framed nicely, and techs look good. I do say the rack on that bull in the water is something impressive. I heard they can weigh 40 lbs.

Beautiful photographs. I just got back from Yellowstone myself but I couldn't close the distance on any good bulls like you did. I got a ton of buffalo but the elk bulls don't seem to enjoy my company.

Thank you all for looking and the nice comments. #3 is my favorite too. In my experience in Yellowstone most photographers shoot from near or even on the roads so catching these is not too difficult. The Park rangers don't want we humans to disturb the wildlife in any case.
