A wonderful image, Jeff. Well put together.
The timing of your shot during morning golden hour is just the start to what makes this shot work. The lights that are on in the town do something magical to the buildings, and then the combination of negative space provided by the sky and water are beautifully tied together by the mist at the point where the two meet.
