Well done to get both in focus, usually not easy.

Re: BIF shot
Thanks Dan, it was a funny old day with the weather, serious sunshine and 10 mins later a bit of a heavy shower, but as you say made an interesting sky for the BIF shots

Re: BIF shot
Wow, excellent shot. Colors, pose, detail and exposure are very pleasing, almost no blur, the colors complement each other. Also the tree branch in the corner ads to the scene greatly. May I ask about in camera and settings data?

Re: BIF shot
thanks JC
I suspect the best advice is - keep trying one thing though, pan and shoot - keep panning as you fire the shutter and dont stop panning till you know the shot is taken. A lot of people stop panning as they fire the shutter and I think that adds to a fail rate.

Re: BIF shot
BIF rule #1 is...keep shooting. Put the camera in burst mode and shoot until the buffer is filled up.

Re: BIF shot
Thanks Mark and Chauncey,
I did it once before, I had it at continuous mode and ended up with a lot of pictures but no keepers...hahaha....must be my technique.. As they say practice, practice and hopefully one day I get a good shot.
thanks..
