I like the lighting in this portrait, Daniel. I think it shows you care about your subject.
I don't know much about portrait work, but I'd remove the highlights from her lips and the tip of her nose. I think the angular shadow between her nose and right cheek might need to be softened. I'd also try removing the light area in the background just to the right of her head.

It is very nice
One thing I don't understand why my eyes keep going to the right cheek and the blurred eye. I don't know very much about portrait shots but is it because of the direction of light ? It comes from right and my eyes go towards the light instead of the sharp part of the face

I am not a fan of portraits with razor thin DOF. I know that these are quite popular but I don't like one eye in focus with the other eye OOF.

Appreciate the comments guys. I agree with the comments about the DOF and that it should be wider for a stronger image. Gotta try break my habit of always shooting wide open...

I like the lighting a lot but as others have said the DOF is a bit shallow.
