Well spotted John![]()
Well done John, I like what you've done with the editing. Layers of some sort I suppose.
Somehow I don't think I would find the words on that emblem very re-assuring ! The last time I heard the words "trust me", they were followed by the words "I'm from head office and I'm here to help".
Dave
Very creative edit, John. It works great for me. Cheers,
Superbly done.
Very nice seen, John...even the framing is excellent.
Dave...Trust Me in that sign followed by "I won't go that fast!" may sound like an outright lie but it is better than hearing a woman says "Correct me if I am wrong, but..." ----- no matter what you think.....DON'T DO IT!! IT IS A TRAP!! Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT correct that woman!!!![]()

Thanks everyone for the feedback.
Dave/Izzie, falls into the realms of "Trust me I'm a politician"
Dave, yes it's done in PS using layers. Copied the image and saved under a different file name. Cropped the first image, added the border and then expanded the canvass to make room for the handle bars. Went to the copy image and selected the mid section (a Quick Mask is needed for accuracy around the handle Bars) then copied it. Opened up the first image again and pasted the copied mid section on to it as a layer. I manually aligned the two layers by reducing the opacity of the top layer so that I could see through to the layer underneath but when I think about it, the auto align function would have been an easier option. Finally, I flattened the image and cropped the canvas for size I wanted (originally for a competition entry).

Great shot and lovely pp treatment - and thanks for the 'how I did it' always helpful.
Did you win the competition?
Thanks Kaye. Still Waiting to hear. Results aren't due until December.
