Ceremonial lamps - after evening prayers at the Ganges

Hindu priests placed these ceremonial lamps on the ground after completing evening prayers on the banks of the Ganges River, at Rishikesh, India.

Very nice scene, Manfred. As a Health and Safety Engineer, I would love to hear there were some sprinkler nozzles around it, though (Even being aware of the unlikelihood of it)!

No sprinklers, but the lamps are sitting on a solid stone floor, out in the open air (no ceiling). The Ganges River was perhaps 5 metres away.
