Indian Style Teeth Cleaning - C&C Welcome

Hi, going forward on my photography venture I stopped and clicked another shot. Can you please review it and let me know what exactly is missing for it to make it much better?

In this shot, the guy was cleaning his teeth by using a branch of Azadirachta indica tree (neem), it is very healthy for the teeth and commonly used in Indian Villages.

Please provide your views and suggestion with composition, crop and processing.

That's nice quality Raj. Might have preferred the hand to be in focus but I am really not sure.

It is not obvious (to me at least) what he is doing with that stick, but it really doesn't matter. It's a good portrait shot, Raj. I wonder about the wrist band, though. Should the frame be lower to include the whole thing? I wouldn't clone it out because I think the red offers a nice contrast to the rest of the blue.

Thanks for your kind review and suggestion. It is a spiritual thread wrapped around the wrist in Hinduism I really havnt noticed that much about it. Thanks for bringing it into notice. really appreciated
