Re: First nature shots
Welcome Neko! I hope you will enjoy and learn about photography as much as I do.
Since you wrote C&C, my feedback follows, hope you don't mind.
First of all, you did a good job! An you have a very steady hand!
Nevertheless, there's always room for improvements.
About picture #1, I think the sun is too centered in the frame. Perhaps you can crop a portion of the sky, that is too unvarying and leave more room to the hills that add some interesting lines and colours to the picture. Move also the sun towards the right or the left...
About picture 3, I would like to see more water in the foreground. It is the main subject, whereas the stones on the top of the frame are less interesting. The leaf on the bottom - right corner is over exposed.
About picture 4, I think a vertical framing would have been a better choice, in order to do not cut the top of the fall, as you did.
I hope this helps.
Keep on shooting and posting!
Nicola

Re: First nature shots
I like the colours and the simplicity of the composition of the first shot, Neko.

Re: First nature shots
Welcome Neko...very nice try. I like #1 and 2 a lot. It would help if you put a space in between each shot you upload here so there is a clear separation between each shot.
