    I dont know - you wait ages and pre focus on where the bird will land, refocus on its eye when it does - hit the shutter and then find its head imploded as you took the shot

    Some birds , no sense of concern for the feelings of the photographer

    grand, thanks all - thought it was good for a laugh - sometimes when it does not go right its better than the shot would have been otherwise !
