I make it a point, for obvious reasons, to watch TV shows that have black women in lead roles and
heed the lighting scenarios done to them, it is oftentimes using a soft shadow line from 10 o'clock.
Benefitting from 20/20 hindsight...I might have pulled back her hair a little on her left and made the
shadow line somewhat softer. Maybe...used a go-away tool on the scars.
Regardless...it is difficult to screw-up a gorgeous subject as you have here.
