This is a nice shot AOA. I like the two dogs playing in the waves, and the clouds.
I ,myself was almost tempted to have a picnic today, but then... there was snow on the benches... So maybe I'll try it in 6 months or so.

Aah, isn't Orange County west of the San Andreas Fault...oh dear.just another beautiful day in paradise.
I've lived the majority of my life west of the San Andreas Fault. Your point is?
Nice capture.
It's a nice area. More years ago than I am willing to admit to, my wife and I lived in the LA area for three years. I got to know the beaches and had a couple of trips to Catalina Island. That was magical.
Only that Nevada will be the new west coast when the fault gives way.Your point is?
The only fault I see is the patch in the sky that indicates that the sensor may need a clean - nothing to get too shaken about.
I would not call it a line or bother to give it a name....
It looks like a lovely place on a great day.

L.Paul - I think it's something on the UV filter. While riding my bike I was dodging the seagull droppings from above. There's no place like Surf City, USA, especially on a clear day like today was.
Nice image, which I can't fault, apart from the aforementioned spot .
On the subject of sayings at work, an ex colleague of mine used to end each day with "ah well another day over, another day nearer the grave" such a happy chappie
With impending more snow on the way around here (much better than NY), I am tempted to get out of here sooner and go home to Oz for the duration of the winter. What a beautiful shot you have here...very nice place.
