Nothing showing.
oops! sorry for that actually i just forgot to paste the image link. But now the image is in the post.
Thanks!
Very good Yuvraj and welcome to CiC.
Here's a couple of suggestions,
a) Consider the background when framing your shot. The parts to the far left are distracting.
b) Try not to place the centre of your subject in the centre of the image.
Not sure what lens/camera you are using but the image quality looks good to me.

Yuvraj,
Nice effort, I like the overlay of the leaf.
Thanks a lot for your helpful suggestions, next time i will definitely follow your advice.
Anyways the camera is : Sony ILCE - 3500, which is also known as Sony Alpha 3500.
F-stop: f/6.3
shutter speed: 1/200
iso: 100
focal length: 210mm
above are the details i have used while shooting this pic.
Thanks!
Very nice Yooray...I hope you can remove the items on the left side of the shot...and I wish you can crop your shot just a little bit to the right side so that the stem will be right at the corner. BTW, I like the light shaping the side of the stem of the flower..
thanks a lot for your helpful comments IzzieK and ST1
I really appreciate that. Actually I thought to post the exact way it is how i snapped the pic. That's why i haven't edited it.
I just kept it natural way.
I am just trying to learn new and various ways in photography. I hope i improve myself!
Thanks!
Nice first attempt Yooray, well done!
A lovely shot.
It is very nice for the first attemt. I agree with the others about the distraction on the left
Nice shot Yooray. You can probably PP the distractions away. Often on a shot like that it's possible to select the flower etc by colour and flood the rest with black. In this case it's probably easier to clone local background colours onto a layer and take them away that way.

Agree with the others about nice first try and some very good suggestions posted by the group.
this quality with your first macro shot is impressive. I have found that a large part of getting the most out of a macro shot is learning how to bring out what you really want in the post processing. My only suggestion is to let your creativity flow and have fun.
yay it was really very fun to take this photo. I really liked the light on top of the flower and the focusing on it. I really enjoyed it. But still as i am a beginner i need some advice on it how can i improve myself. And here in this forum lots of people really very helped me on it. I really appreciate that.
Thanks a lot!
Good start but close up not macro ?
I think we should not be too rigid about what "macro" should be. The Wikipedia article on macro photography is rather comprehensive on the subject, and quite clearly, there is nothing that sets mandatory requirements to what can be called "macro". Long ago, when I started in photography, there was another definition, which differentiated the macro region from the micro region at reproduction ratio of 1:1. Larger than life size was micro and smaller was the macro region, all the way to infinity.
So, we could quibble about it, but still there is no point in telling anyone that other than life size is not macro.
Thats like stating still life is ok with some movement, or F1 is F1 but it doesn't matter what engine you have.
Macro is macro, close up is close up.

Macro 1-1 or closer
