    Strange Nest

I was just playing in the Nik tools with this one. My original edit was too dark, so I lightened it a bit. Perhaps it's still too dark.

I have just been having too much fun this week. Time to go catch up on chores.

The shadows still seem on the dark side to me; but be careful with the highlights which are getting close to clipping

Several times. I can't seem to stop myself.

I do love Viveza. I just came to realize this week what a wonderful finishing tool it is.

I lifted the shadows, took some of the green colour cast out of the chair legs, toned down the brightness of the chair a bit as it just seemed too bright, and did a few other selective adjustments. Not sure that this quite captures what I was after, but:

Best viewed on black, I think.
