Roger, can't help with the ID of #1 but I can say you did a good job photographing that one. It is beautiful. #2 is nice too. I think the male is the one at the front by the look of its white marking on the head. I like the last one best of all, the cormorant. It looks wet.

I really like the Oyster Catcher for the moment caught. I like the surroundings and how you captured the colors on the Grackle. And the Cormorant is well lit and beautifully done.
If you don't get your answer here on the ID, I moderate a community on Google+ that has quite a few birders that are pretty good at ID. Tell them where you took it and when and they'll usually come up with a consensus. Bird Photography.
