Masked Cham Dancer - Thangbi Mani Festival - Bumthang, Bhutan
This is a Paldren Lhamo mask. She is a fierce, female guardian deity of a holy lake who protects Bhutan (and Tibet). The skulls on the mask represent wisdom.

This guardian strongly resembles in some general ways (nothing specific) the guardians of Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of the Emerald Buddha) located in the grounds of Bangkok's Grand Palace.
Zap the little red thingy in the top left corner.
