This is a shot I took of one of the monks dancing at the festival at the Genteng Monastery in the Punakha Valley in Bhutan.

The valley is well known in the birding community, as it is where the black-necked cranes come to over winter. We were about a month early for that.

The monks were dancing without the fancy masks and costumes we saw at other festivals in the country.

Don't know why Manfred, but for some reason the image won't materialise. I've tried several times to view this and the computer just keeps processing. With only one response to your shot, I wonder if others are having a problem.

Thanks John. I've saved and reloaded the image with slightly different parameters than I did originally. Let's see if that made any difference.
