Moose in the Hood

This female moose was hanging out in the neighborhood this morning. It was snowing when the photo was taken. She was aware of my presence, but was intent on chilling out.

Wow, how neat, a moose just laying there in the neighborhood. I wonder if a slightly darker exposure would have captured the bg a little better, but of course, you usually only have so much time to experiment.

They are very nice. I like the pose in the second one best but I like the exposure in the first. How special to have her around for a bit!

From the title, I thought it might be wearing an Anorak. Nice captures chuck. I agree about the exposure on the BG though.
