    Contemplation

    I caught this Sikh gentleman looking very contemplative.

    The shot looks almost as if I had taken it in a studio setting, but it is just an existing light shot taken at the Golden Temple in Amritsar.

    I agree with you on this one...like a pre-planned studio shot. Very neat. The orange on his forehead broke the repeating colours of his background. I would say, lose that scratch by the top of his head on the wall and the dust bunny near his mouth a bit on the wall too...

    No, ISO 400. The camera has a base ISO of 200.

    I wrestled with that a bit and in the end decided to leave them in, if for no other reason than these were part of the photographic environment and separated it from a formal portrait. There are a couple of stains on the curtains that I noticed as well as well. All cleaned up in this version.

    Very nice shot , the light looks so soft and nice, not distracting at all
