Glad you survived the storm with photo gear intact. Nice colors against a dark BG. But feather detail on the bird is lacking

It takes a storm to weather another one...anyway, I like this shot though I would rather that it has a much more blur-er background to isolate the flower from its surrounds...just a thought.
