Make it smaller, Shuja and unobstrusive in a little corner at the lower right hand side of the photo. If you want this size, then perhaps you can get away with having it transparent.

Since you are using your signature why not emulate how artists sign there works, provide a border and place in lower right corner.

The problem with watermarks is that they are so very easy to remove...

Removing yours took all of 5 seconds.
The problem with them is that they tend to detract from your work. So what is the purpose of your watermark? Copy protection or signing your work. It you are concerned about copy protection, I suggest that posting a small, low resolution image might be a better approach. If you are signing your work, something unobtrusive would be a better approach.

Occasionally a painter will use his initials as part of her painting. Alfred Hitchcock would insert himself into his films. Perhaps you could find a way to 'hide' your watermark in the shot?

I think your watermark is on the verge of distracting from you work. I've seen far worse but it's always been a pet peeve of mine to have to avoid looking at an overly stated watermark or photographer's logo. I fully agree with Manfred.
