Thank you Bill - for the additional information and your thoughts! I hadn't considered eliminating the lights since I was hoping to capture the decorations that ran the length of the church. But I like the idea and a shot or two done this way would have been nice! I've kept the original RAW files but I continue to work with the duplicates to see if I can get the results I want to have. One thing is clear - I need better software and a new computer (chuckle) and a lot of learning time. I was sent to this forum by another person and I'm glad he gave me the link! It is a great place to learn!
