New Zealand Lake Hayes
Hi All - Lake Hayes is a small lake near Queenstown in South Island. I had noticed that one of the guide books recommended a visit, especially in autumn. Thus, I duly visited what turns out to be yet another scenically magnificent spot. You can walk round the entire lake in about 2 hours and enjoy ever changing views. Here are two unashamedly tourist snaps.
Cheers

Hello David,
I couldn't help noticing that your second photo was taken from almost exactly the same spot as one of mine taken 3 years ago.
Is there nowhere in NZ that you can get away from pesky tourists and their cameras

Hi Grant - How amazing - even the dead wood in the water is the same! You got some nice reflections though.
Cheers
