He is different than the cormorants we have in my state. (unless this is just a young one or has odd feathers) Their feathers are all black. Probably a different species. Nice composition. It looks perhaps a little under-exposed, but you would know better whether present lighting looked dim at the time, as this does, or not.

It is a nice composition, I agree with Nick but I also think that the processing is in the little bit of brownish tint all over the picture...? Just a thought...
