Can anyone identify this bird
Keeps coming into the garden, have tried the RSPB bird finder with no luck

P.S. Woodland birds and not usually garden visitors, so good grab, difficult to get a good photo of one.

It is at a slightly odd, but more interesting, angle that the normal side view illustrations which appear in most books.
I occasionally get a Jay paying a quick visit to my garden but the resident crows soon drive them away. They won't tolerate Magpies or Jackdaws anywhere close to 'their garden' either.
