Benny - a ball of fluff

Benny is a 3-month old Maltese who was purchased by a family who thought better of the purchase. They realized that a puppy was too much work for them. I commend them for relinquishing him to our rescue group because we will be certain to find him a good furever home. However, I wish that people would not make impulse purchases of puppies...

Awwww. Richard, breaks my heart to give away this one if this is mine. I'd rather spend the time training this little one to be more loveable to me than make it feel unloved by giving it to someone else...but then this is me...

You'd think the parents would place responsibility of upkeep on the requestor. Nice capture.

How could anyone purchase and then let this little fella go? It is sad but looking this cute I don't think it will take too
long for him to find a loving and caring home.

Actually, he is a very lively and happy little guy. He does have a sad look about him but, he certainly is not sad...

What a cutie and I'm glad the people who bought him had the sense to do the right thing after their impulse buy.

I always tell my little princess she fell into heaven when we brought her home.

Absolutely loves 'em. She's been doing it since she was a puppy and she's six now.
