This is another shot taken in the National Gallery of Canada, in Ottawa this past weekend.
When one is sitting in one area of the foyer, looking straight up we can see through a glass-bottomed pool on the floor above. The lights and the water create an interesting abstract look. All I had along was my 24mm PC-E lens, so I had limited options in composing this shot.
The second shot is a more conventional, with the same pool and lights, when viewed from above. Instead of shooting straight down, I decided to use the shape of the pool to complement the geometry on the building wall.
