Talk To The Foot. C&C welcome

Hi, going forward on my photography venture I stopped and clicked another shot. Can you please review it and let me know what exactly is missing for it to make it much better?

This guy was on drugs (Hash) and was homeless (this is what i heard from local guys). He was moving his feet under the blanket he is in and so i have quickly shot this with his feet in the air with all kind of house flies was moving on him. I really like the fact his face was covered which gives the sense of mystery.

Please provide your views and suggestion with composition, frame, crops and processing. I have 2 versions with me
    1. More Whites like in high key
    2. Subtle Vignette

    Thank You

PS : Please click on the image for lightbox screen view (Highly recommended)

Version #1 : More Whites like in high key

    Version #2 : Subtle Vignette

    Hi Raj,

It would help if you included camera settings, it would help in judging why you made the post processing changes you did and how edit fits in with your vision. Composition works fine.

I prefer the second darker version as it is less distracting , interesting composition

Thanks a lot for your kind review here are the details as requested.
EXIF : ISO 400, 16mm on crop body (1.5x crop factor), f9.0, 1/640 sec (aperture priority mode) and i wanted to have ample shutter, luckily i have already set my iso to 400 as it was a single hand shot and i watched in live view for composing.

with the processing i wanted a high contrast output with everything less contrast (high on whites) only the foot in high contrast (dark) so that the foot standout more and rest of the figure of human should be on a mysterious side.
