    I researched it because I was curious... it may be a Hypolycaena erylus. I found a picture and followed it up with Wikipedia. The common name is Common Tit. The link I used is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypolycaena_erylus if you're interested in seeing if the blue matches on the top of the wings.
