    I just wonder about selectively toning down that bright line at the top, which I find a little distracting?

    As an alternative, I did think about a crop from the top but that would probably place the photo frame too central.

    Interesting image Ashish, but to my eye it looks a bit forced and mis-processed.

    The whole image background has those beautiful, warm but dark tones. The picture frame shares that same darkness, but then the actual image of the king and queen are so bright, it just doesn't seem to look right. Where is the light coming from? The lgihting is too perfect; it doesn't spill over nor does it drop off. Even the rectangular shape seems odd and too precise.

    I wonder if you need to tone things down a bit so it looks more like it fits in the antique shop; either that or perhaps brighten up the background.

    Yes.. you are right Manfred. I did pull down the background in PP to give more emphasis to the portrait. In hindsight, i should have let it blend in a bit more. Thanks for your input.
