    Jeremy,

looks to me as though the horizon is at least approximately level. The shoreline is just at an angle.

Paul, It's an interesting shot, but for my tastes, you have too much area where nothing much is going on. Have you tried cropping a little from the bottom and top?

if you take it into photoshop etc and draw a horizon it is sloping, regardless of what angle a foreshaw is at the horizon can not tilt or the water would .............

Needs a 0.7 rotation left, I can see this in most images just by looking

Nice image. In the Lytebox, if you slide the image up to match the horizon with the top of the screen, you can see that the horizon is indeed lower on the R than the L. But with the multiple near horizontals, what IS level, may not look level, and vice versa. I think the horizon is a little more centered vertically than is optimum - I would suggest experimenting with losing either a little sky or a little foreground.

Yes, you're right. I am at a larger monitor now and can see it. Not far off, but off.

Or possibly just crop from the bottom and have a different size ratio. Looks like one of those scenes where there are several options.

There is a bright 'hole' in the cloud towards the left side which I would clone over; also a few tiny bright 'hotspots' on the shore.

Thanks all for the feed back, that is how we learn Other than a touch up in LR then a small crop to left side the photo is as shot. Will play some more with it.
