    Project 52 Week 2 Geese Lift-off

This is shot on the beach of Lake Ontario looking north or east of north with the sun setting behind me and reflecting of the glass on buildings across the water. I should have changed to a longer lens and avoided the excessive cropping, but did not see it until I looked on my computer.. ISO was 400, f5.6, 1/160" 55mm

Ohhh...I love this -- the reflection of the sun in the water is really great besides I may be biased because I like orange. It is a bit noisy too for ISO 400...

Yes. I did a lot of cropping, maybe too much.

Oh...it is OK...I like it just that it is not smooth.

On another note, you cropped the end parenthesis on the word "QUOTE" at the end, so it did not show as a quote.

A nice image Joe, I like the tree on the left, I think it leads me in really well.
My only suggestion is I would clone out or tone down the brightness of the tiny lights on the horizon, as for me they detract from the subject, but beautiful spot!

Interesting observation Kay. I was attracted to these lights as they are reflections of the sunset in the windows of buildings across the bay, and I thought they were so cool. However I see your point, they can be a distraction. Thanks for this.
