Excellent shot - I like how you have matched up the hairstyles and colouring...
Blues and browns a nice combination of colours. Maybe a bit more lighting of the woman's face would be beneficial.
Great shot, well seen. They look like a team. Hair on dog and woman great and the concentration of gaze on the same area makes it.
I didn't know that you can judge these two are best friends for going to the same hairdresser... nicely seen...
I don't know who the lady is, but I WANT that dog!
Airdales are the kings of terriers. Beautiful dog...
They were on a sailboat as it passed closely to a marina area. It was quite the serendipitous shot as I was initially focused on a guy hanging off one of the main stays who looked as if he was going to take a quick dip in the bay. Once he recovered, I just let the camera follow the same track and there these two were. It's a good lesson in never giving up on a shot.
Excellent capture - well taken.
Love it Larry. It is capture to suggest that these are two best friends of the photographer as well.
This is awesome. The symmetry is perfect. Nicely done.
I love how they are both in the same position, looking down; and yep the hair style matches; including the tufts over the ears, and the color! Great photo of a lady enjoying her day with her best friend!
I only suggested that the dog may not be able to cook. Any conclusions about the ladies ability to cook were left entirely to the reader. From a logic based interpretation there is no connection. However I will concede that due to our cultural expectations there may an implication that the lady can cook but of course I am mortified that such a link has been made - what wicked readers....
Go on...I am really enjoying this conversation now...it is getting to be interesting....
Not a hole at all..... Unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to undertake any assessment of the lady's cooking ability. The problem is people leaping to the conclusion that because I doubted that the dog could cook that I was indicating the lady could but nowhere have I that stated that.
A quote I have always liked - "I am responsible for what I say but I am not responsible for what you understand"
Obviously this clears it up...
