    Black & White Rockers

    While at work the other day I saw this and thought mmmmm maybe black and white and shallow DoF. C&C always gratefully received. For those not familiar with the subject it is the rockers on the top of a diesel engine.

    This is best viewed in Lytebox to appreciate the DoF.

    I like it Gerry. I might do something to tone down the bright area on the top right corner. And the hose in the bottom right is a bit distracting for me.

    I thought this shot belongs to a vehicle. I am glad I wasn't wrong...good shot. And I agree with all of what Greg said.

    Interestingly conceived and executed image. IMO the edited version is an improvement. Nicely done.
