Dessert: Berries, Frozen Yogurt/Sorbet & Spiced Pinot Noir Sauce

This dish is tomorrow's dessert when company comes over. The sauce for six requires reducing an entire bottle of Pinot Noir.

The recipe is from The Wine Lover Cooks with Wine cookbook. It is not a coincidence that my photo strongly resembles the photo in the book including the composition, metal plate and transparent dessert dish.

Well, I'm not sure about the reduced Pinot but the berries do look appetising.

Well lets make sure this photo doesn't get published mistakenly. Nicely captured.
