Really nice detail of a beautiful creature. They're at their best in fall/early winter. Shedding is done, nice full winter coat, and mostly free of the effects of insects. Ironically I grew up in whitetail country and don't have any images of them. Maybe a snapshot or two from visits to Acadia NP.

Looks darn good to me , can not really see any adjustments that would enhance your pic. You filled the frame very nicely.
