New to CiC and New to Photography

Hello Everyone! I'm new to this site and photography. Just starting to learn about controlling my camera a bit in manual. Was recommended to check out the tutorials and forums here. So far, my brain is on overload - but in a good way! Thanks in advance for all the help.

Warm welcome to the CiC forums from me.

Many find that the knack to avoid overload is taking one topic at a time and getting to grips with it before moving on to the next.

By all means ask questions though, the only silly question is one you don't ask

What sort of photo subjects interest you most and what are you shooting with?

Could you do me a favour please?
Could you click Settings (right at the top),
then Edit Profile (on left)
and put your first name in the Real Name field
and where you are (roughly) in the Location field?
