A pig's head used to be a common sight on butcher's slabs but you don't seem to see them now. I suppose they get mechanically processed into all sorts of products instead.

Thanks guys - I'm quite used to it, Geoff. Borough Market in London usually has a wide array of game and animals on display, but nothing compared to the meat section in Dubai's Fish Market. That was an eye opener! On one occasion two arabic women were nearly fighting over a camel penis!!
