Helpful Posts: An editing exercise from some years ago ... the bird was in an aviary and the bush was just along from the building. The ruffle of its neck feathers is caused by out of focus wire of cage.
This version is only 64Kb so maybe not that hot ...

I think one has to be a bit of a masochist to do this sort of thing

If you did not tell us about the wires I would have been left wondering about the artifacts on its face. I like the first one better, John...the lion one looks like it has been on a fight.

You must have the patience of a Saint to stick to it and do that kind of editing. I think I have passed on processing some otherwise fine images simply to avoid cloning objects.
