First of all this is my first post of many I hope and I hope to join in the forums as time goes on
This image was taken some years ago with a Canon 300 D and a 70-300 lens Hand held on a whale watching excursion from our cruise ship.
I would love to go back and do it again with my newer kit

I've placed the image into your post, as opposed to it just sitting as a thumbnail. Getting the thumbnail there shows you're nearly there so far as posting images is concerned. What a wonderful first image! Consider cropping at the top and bottom to create an aspect ratio that conforms with the subject and white water.
