Blood Moon

Hi all,
This is my first post. I am Knot. Here is my yesterday shot. First I want to full moon with view of Tokyo. Unfortunately, the weather was so bad.

Hi Knot,

I am glad you succeeded with the photo now.

The most obvious piece of advice we might offer would be to not have the moon so near the centre.

Have you heard of the Rule of Thirds?

that's a great vantage point. I would like to see the moon on the thirds line to left at same height. A great first post.

I like the image as it is. I have to say that abiding by the 'rule of thirds' has never bothered me too much.

Actually it is mountain. I was in Takao san view spot and shot from there.

First I aim for the shot of full moon with Tokyo Sky Tree, one of Tokyo landmark. Because of bad weather, you will see it as a tiny toothpick below the moon in that photo. lol
