For a while here I thought these two are sitting on a train and realized they are in front of the building. The black and white here works very well. Looks like the guy is advising the young woman something...

Such a nice conversion and caption. Even so, even with the helpfulness of the caption, the composition doesn't work for me.

You nailed the processing in this shot, Jack. I like the composition, although I wonder if a bit more of the woman on the left, and a bit less of the shop window on the right might help.
