I can play this "Mile of Maltese" video news segment through our Facebook Page with no problem...

However, the segment was sent to me via email and I downloaded to my video library...
But when I attempt to play this segment (or any of the recorded videos) by clicking on it, I get this message which I presume is a "wait" message...
Even when I wait an interminable amount of time, nothing happens... I have been able, previously, to play any of these videos but, not now. All I seem to get is the wait message...

Can you take a video yourself and record it, then play it on your computer?
If you can, then I'd say the downloaded files are probably corrupted.

Hi Richard,
try r/click on the video - choose "open with" - Windows Media Player. As said above the file may be corrupted.
